Ski Workout
Do 3 sets, 20 reps of these every morning and you’re legs will dominate any mountain you point your skis down, not to mention the apres ski scene. For a bonus follow this up with watching “Breaking Away” while on the balance board. The secrets to success with this workout are grit and a cowboy hat.
